9 Feb, 2021 – Sophisticated aromas of blackcurrants, blackberries and flowers follow through to a full body with integrated, polished tannins that are fine, yet layered, delivering a relatively long finish. Drink in 2023 and onwards.

94 points – Arraigo Benegas Old Vines Cabernet Franc 2018
10 Feb, 2021 – A fresh, linear red with currants and light herb and wet-earth undertones. It’s medium-bodied with a compact center palate and a fresh, flavorful finish. Needs time to open, but already impressive. Drink or hold.

94 points – Arraigo Benegas Old Vines Malbec 2018
10 Feb, 2021 – Lots of blackberries, black truffles and black cherries. So fragrant.
Full-bodied and creamy with beautiful, round tannins that deliver form and energy to this wine.
Really gorgeous now, but better next year.
